After reading the basic proposal, the suggested amendments will be debated and voted on. Then the amended basic proposal will be put to the vote.
Amendments shall be voted on using simple majority voting, but the amended basic proposal shall require the support of a minimum of 2/3 of votes cast to be carried.
If the amended proposal is carried it comes into effect for season 2006/7. However the same proposal shall be put before the 2007 AGM, and if not also carried at that meeting, the association shall revert to the current league format.
