Kent's site has recently started to point at Tonbridge.
The Kent league is divided into divisions based on the average strength off the participating teams. These competitions are further divided into two sections for the Metropolitan and County regions of Kent leading to semi-finals and finals. However Thanet appears to operate its own league outside of this system.

Thanet League A

Although Whitstable Chess Club appear on the league site, there seem to be no teams playing under that name in the competitions, though there are teams playing under the name Sportsman evn though they are not listed as a club on the league site. Does this mean that Sportsman is a new name for Whitstable?
